Where is my order?
After you place an order, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process. We’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s handed over to one of our delivery carriers, so keep an eye out!
If it says it has been delivered and it has not, please call us and/or the carrier.
How much is shipping?
We’ve got a few different options you can choose from:
Free shipping on all orders over $25
Standard shipping takes 1-7 business days after processing, and costs $5, no matter where you live.
2-Day delivery is just $15.

What's your return policy?
We hope you’re 100% satisfied with your products, but if you’re not, you can make a return within 60 days of purchase or receive store credit up to 6 months from original purchase date. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can help you with the return process. Once we receive the returned items, we’ll issue you a refund for the purchase price within 5 business days.
Where can I find PYT Products?
Our products are currently carried in all Credo Beauty stores. Check out our Find a Retailer page to find a location near you. And we just launched at Ulta Beauty and are coming to Anthropologie this Fall 2018!
Can I buy a gift card?
We don’t offer gift cards at the moment, but we highly encourage gifting!
